KALOOB Philippine Music and Dance MInistry has been invited by the Greek government to participate in the 50th Lefkas International Folklore Festival in August 2012. In turn, the Philippine government named Kaloob as the official representative of our dear country but it can only give a very small grant; less than 20% of the actual cost of travel to Greece and back to Manila of the 25-person delegation. (The Greek government will shoulder the group's surface transport, board and lodging while in the festival.) For the first time in the prestigious festival's 50 years, the Philippines will be represented. And KALOOB WILL REPRESENT OUR COUNTRY THE BEST WAY WE CAN. You please pray for this mission. Kaloob will appreciate help in every way. We like to ship voluminous props and costumes to Greece way ahead of the group then send it back to Manila the same way it came. [ANYONE IN THE SHIPPING/CARGO INDUSTRY? :-)] Visit www.kaloobdance.com and see for yourself why you should help send Kaloob to the festival and be proud of our rich cultural heritage. http://www.kaloobdance.com/ www.kaloobdance.com
